The APPartment platform is operated by Anita Beilin Cohen, dealer no. (osek) 312785314 (hereinafter: the "Operator").
The Operator respects user privacy and operates in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We collect information such as: name, phone number, email, general financial data and real estate preferences, as well as user activity within the platform.
The data is used for property matching, communication with users, connecting users with developers and service providers upon request, improving the platform, and managing transaction processes.
Data may be shared with third parties (such as developers, banks, consultants, and lawyers) only upon user request. Data may be processed using external systems and stored outside of Israel.
You are not required by law to give us this data — you provide it of your own choice. Your phone number lets you sign in to your personal account, use every feature, and keeps the history of your searches, meetings and questions. Without it we cannot open the closed part of the platform or come back to you with an answer.
You can talk to us beyond the website: on Telegram (the bot and the app inside Telegram) and on WhatsApp. When you message us there, we keep your phone number or account name, the text of the conversation and the message times — so we can reply and not lose the thread. Your message is permission to reply in that same messenger, but it is not consent to receive offers and mailings from us: those need a separate tick that you set yourself and can withdraw at any time. Telegram and WhatsApp are third-party services; messages there pass through their servers and follow their rules.
Access to data is limited to authorized parties, and the Operator implements reasonable security measures to protect information.
Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data. We answer such a request within 30 days at the latest; in practice we reply sooner.
