All agreements are made directly between the user and third parties. The user is solely responsible for their decisions.
The platform does not provide investment, legal, or financial advice.
Users agree to provide accurate information and use the platform in good faith.
The platform may use automated systems for property matching.
The Operator may receive compensation from third parties in connection with services provided through the platform.
The Operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform or interactions with third parties.
All rights to the platform, including content, design, and technology, belong to the Operator.
Collecting, copying or downloading platform data by any automated means (robots, parsers, scrapers, etc.) or manually in bulk is prohibited — other than ordinary page browsing. The Operator may restrict a violator's access and claim compensation for damages.
Market figures are computed by APPartment from publicly published transaction data (source: Israel Tax Authority; Central Bureau of Statistics) and are indicative only. They may contain errors or gaps, are not an appraisal, advice or confirmation of rights, and do not replace independent checks. Use is at the user's own risk; in case of conflict, official state publications prevail.
Use of the platform is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
The Operator may update these Terms and the platform functionality at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
