Throughout my years in Israeli real estate — from working with developers and financing construction projects to guiding investors and homebuyers through their deals — I kept seeing the same picture: to buy an apartment from a developer, people had to piece information together from scattered, mostly promotional sources, with no reliable way to tell a real number from a marketing one.
APPartment is a new solution that connects buyers and developers directly in one digital space — so that every buyer, in their own language, can see the whole market, understand real prices and what they can actually afford, and buy a new home with ease and confidence.
