Founder and CEO of Elevate Invest, a company providing full support to investors and Russian-speaking homebuyers and marketing new developments across Israel. Before that, for seven years — CEO and managing partner of Elgad, a pioneer of Israel's non-bank construction-financing market. Earlier she headed the central office of an investment subsidiary of Mizrahi Tefahot.

30 years in digital communications: helped grow LiveJournal in Russia, one of the first commercial directors of Odnoklassniki, a leading Russian social network, and built and sold four digital agencies. Taught for 11 years at leading Russian universities (HSE, MGIMO, RANEPA). Author of Rationalis, a book on cognitive biases (rationalis.life). Responsible for technology architecture, product, AI, and digital communications.

Over 13 years at the Russian Jewish Congress, Russia's largest secular Jewish charitable foundation, and former director of its Israel branch: working with the country's leading philanthropists and supporting dozens of educational, social, and cultural projects. Founder of an NGO, adviser to a network of pro-Israel Russian-speaking bloggers, co-founder of the makore.app volunteering app. At APPartment she is in charge of partnerships, business channels, relations, and community work.
